Website Privacy
This notice covers the FamilyPrize Productions website, messages sent to our studio, earlier Dibba Dots tester applications, and optional game email updates. It does not replace the privacy information provided with a game, an app store, or a third-party service. For the Dibba Dots Food Empire game, see the Dibba Dots Privacy Policy.
What you provide. Contact forms ask for your name, email address, and message. Earlier tester applications collected adult contact details, a Google Play account email when needed, device information, country and time zone, adult confirmation, availability, testing interest, and an optional email-update choice. Public tester applications are now closed. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card information.
Why we use it. We use contact details to answer inquiries. Earlier tester records may be used to finish existing participation, feedback and any separately approved commitments. Optional email updates require a separate opt-in; an earlier application did not automatically enroll you in marketing. Closing recruitment does not cancel an existing permission or promise.
Where it goes. Hostinger provides this website and its form tools. Submissions are stored in the website’s form-submission list, and notifications go to our studio email inboxes. Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services. Google Play and Apple TestFlight separately process information under their own privacy terms for existing participants.
Analytics and cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, including which pages are viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors reached the site. Google may process technical information, such as an IP address, to provide this service. We do not send names, email addresses, form entries, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. We use these reports to measure website traffic—including visits to QR-linked activity pages—and improve the site. We do not sell this information. You may reject non-essential analytics cookies through our cookie banner. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 90 days after selection closes. Accepted-tester records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to manage testing, feedback, and any approved reward. Other correspondence is kept as needed to handle the inquiry. If you opt in to email updates, your contact email and permission record are kept until you unsubscribe; we may retain a minimal opt-out record to prevent further updates. If a tester leaves a test early, we may keep their name, email and a note that they left, so we don't invite them to future tests
Washgroves Learning Game — Privacy Notice
This section covers the current Washgroves Learning Game on Fire tablets. It is separate from the website practices above and the Dibba Dots game policy.
Information kept on the device. A parent or guardian can create a child profile using a nickname, a Washgroves avatar, and an age band. The game saves each profile’s lesson progress, puzzles, and learning activity on that device. It also stores the grown-up access setting on the device. The game does not ask for a child’s full name, birthday, email address, photo, or voice recording.
Use and sharing. The current game has no online account, advertisements, in-game chat, location feature, or game analytics. Child profiles and learning progress are used to resume play and show the parent a progress summary. The game does not send those records to FamilyPrize Productions or share them with other players or advertisers. Amazon may separately process Appstore downloads and purchases under Amazon’s own privacy terms.
Choices and deletion. In the game’s protected Parent Area, a parent can edit or delete a child profile and its saved progress. Because these records remain on the device, FamilyPrize Productions cannot view, recover, or remotely erase them. For privacy questions, contact support@familyprizeproductions.com.
We will update this notice if a released version changes these data practices. Updated October 11, 2026.
Your Choices
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss an earlier application, email contact@familyprizeproductions.com. We may need enough information to verify that the request is yours. For questions about earlier participation, use games@familyprizeproductions.com.
Email updates. To stop optional studio and game updates, email games@familyprizeproductions.com and ask to unsubscribe. This does not affect existing commitments. Necessary support or previously agreed participation messages may be sent separately.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
Website Terms
What this site offers. We share news and previews of our children’s books and family-friendly games. Previews are not offers to sell an unreleased product. Availability, release dates, and planned features may change. The Washgroves books and Book One’s QR-linked activities are not yet available.
Earlier participation. Public tester recruitment is closed. Any existing participation arrangements or separately confirmed commitments remain subject to the terms communicated to those participants. Closing this page does not create or cancel a reward entitlement.
Respect the work. Artwork, stories, logos, and game materials belong to FamilyPrize Productions or their respective owners. You may link to our public pages; please ask before copying, republishing, or commercially using our materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences; those licences control any permissions they grant. Do not send unlawful content or misuse the website or forms.
These terms concern this website, not separate game or app-store agreements. Questions? Contact our studio using the email above.
