Dibba Dots Privacy Policy

Our Commitment

Your Game. Your Privacy.

About this policy

This policy explains how Dibba Dots Food Empire, made by FamilyPrize Productions, uses information. Questions: support@familyprizeproductions.com.

Game saves and information you provide

Progress, inventory, currency, rewards, settings and a saved game identifier are stored on your device. We do not provide cloud storage of your full game save. Device backups may help preserve it; uninstalling or clearing game data can remove it. The game has no separate FamilyPrize account or sign-in. It does not request contacts, photos or precise device location. Information you send to support is used to respond to your request.

Purchases and memberships

Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments; we do not receive your card details. Iaptic verifies purchases and memberships using store transaction and product information, purchase or receipt data, subscription status and the game’s saved identifier. This supports purchase validation, restoration, renewal and refund handling, and fraud prevention. A purchase record is not a backup of your level or remaining currency.

Diagnostics and approximate location

Sentry receives error reports and filtered game and purchase diagnostics to help us find faults and support players. Reports may include app version, device and operating-system details, technical identifiers, recent game events and transaction references. We filter diagnostic data and have disabled storage of IP addresses in Sentry reports. Reports may still include approximate location, such as city, region and country; this is not GPS location. We use this information to understand problems and the game’s geographic reach. GDevelop’s built-in play statistics are disabled.

Clock and game configuration

The game contacts Cloudflare-hosted services for trusted time and advertising configuration. These requests necessarily expose network information, including the IP address, to the service provider. Cloudflare may process request and security data to operate and protect these services. These requests are not a cloud backup of your progress.

Advertising

In builds that include advertising, Dibba Dots Food Empire offers optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Players choose whether to watch an ad and see the offered in-game reward before it plays. Builds without advertising do not request or display ads. When an ad is requested, Google and its advertising partners may receive an IP address (which can indicate general location), device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. They may use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted by law and the player’s privacy choices, personalize ads on Android. On iPhone and iPad, we request non-personalized ads and do not request Apple tracking permission. Ad-enabled builds present applicable consent or opt-out choices before requesting ads and provide a way to revisit those choices where required. We do not ask players for precise location or contact details to show ads.

Retention and service providers

We retain information only as needed for the purposes described here, including support, purchase verification, security and legal obligations. Iaptic keeps purchase and customer records while needed to provide its service. Diagnostic reports follow Sentry’s configured retention period; service providers may retain their own operational or security records under their policies. Retention can differ by data type and provider. Apple, Google, Iaptic, Sentry and Cloudflare process information for their respective services.

Your choices and requests

You can choose whether to watch rewarded ads and revisit applicable advertising privacy choices in the game. Contact support@familyprizeproductions.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We may need information to verify the request. Some purchase, security or legal records may need to be retained. Deleting local game data does not automatically delete store or provider records, and it can remove your progress.

Earlier programme records

If you previously submitted a tester application, its handling and retention are described in our Website Privacy & Terms. Closing public recruitment does not erase existing records or prior commitments.

Children

Dibba Dots Food Empire is intended for players aged 13 and older. The game does not ask for a player’s name or contact details. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our website or support, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

Changes and contact

We will post policy changes here with a new effective date. FamilyPrize Productions: support@familyprizeproductions.com. See also Iaptic data practices, Sentry Privacy, Google Privacy and Cloudflare Privacy.
